QUICK LAMINATE FLOORING TIPS

  • PLACING THE LAMINATE PLANKS
     

    Generally, lay planks parallel to incoming sources of light (left). Hallways and other narrow areas usually look best with planks oriented along the length of the space (right).

     

  • CALCULATING FLOORING NEEDS
     

  • CONCRETE SUBFLOORS always require a vapor barrier under the underlayment to keep normal moisture from the concrete from damaging the laminate floor.
