FloorOne.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have
purchased, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full
refund of the purchase price, minus the actual original freight cost**
and the return freight costs. For no
reason will merchandise be accepted after 15 days. The product
must be returned on the skid it was shipped on and in the same condition
in which it was received.
We do not accept returns on moldings and other accessories
such as foam underlay and glue and product overages not used.
Upon Delivery:

Please inspect merchandise carefully as to contents and conditions
upon receipt. In the event a package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility
of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure
full refund/replacement. All packaging must be retained until the problem
has been resolved. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported
to FloorOne.com immediately. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-637-6001

Liftgate Service. If you have requested liftgate
service with your order, you must make sure that it is provided to you
by the carrier. In the event that they do not provide it as you
requested, please note that on the delivery receipt with the driver
and notify us.

Verify Count. Make sure you are receiving as many
cartons as are listed on the delivery. If any shortage is discovered,
note exactly how many cartons are short on the carrier's delivery receipt
and have the driver note the shortage on your copy.

Carefully Examine Each Carton and Tube for Damages.
If damage is visible, note this fact on the delivery receipt and have
the driver clearly note that fact on your copy. If the carton has the
appearance that contents inside may possibly be damaged, insist that
it be opened right at that time, and both you and the driver should
make joint inspection of the contents. Any concealed damage discovered
should likewise be noted on the delivery receipt and on your copy. Be
sure to retain your copy.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise, taking
care not to damage the manufacturer's packaging. Please also look thoroughly
in the foam or paper that may be protecting the contents of the package.
Do not throw away any of the packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions,
inserts, bags, etc., until you are sure you want to keep the merchandise.

Do not let the driver leave until you have thoroughly inspected the
order. If there is any damaged material, or missing
material, it MUST be noted on the delivery receipt in order for us to
issue replacement material to you. If damages and/or shortages
are NOT noted on the delivery receipt, FloorOne cannot be held responsible
for any damages or shortages.

FloorOne.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the damaged
or missing items provided it was noted on the paperwork you signed at
the time you received the order. No Claims will
be allowed without such notes being made. You Must save any damaged
material and have it available for pickup. If you submit a claim
for damaged material and do not have the damaged material for us to
pick up, you will be billed for the replacement material and the freight
to get it to you. If you refuse an order, you will be charged
the actual original freight cost, the return freight cost and any restocking
fees that might apply, which usually range from 10% to 25% of the order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect merchandise carefully as to
contents and conditions upon receipt. During installation, if you
or your installer notice that the flooring is defective, DO NOT proceed
with installation. Installation of defective product will mean
acceptance of the product "as is". In case of defective
product, Floorone cannot issue any credit for product that have been
opened after the first 2 cartons. A claim will not be processed
for items with visual defect prior to installation. Contact a FloorOne.com Customer Service Specialist immediately
at 1-800-637-6001. Please supply the Specialist with your order number,
item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail.
The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

an Item

The items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with
all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure credit. The restocking fee is based
on the policy held by the manufacturer who sold the items; a 10%-25% restocking fee will
be charged and you are responsible for the entire shipping charges (to and
from). Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the
product to FloorOne.com.
Buyer
is also responsible for all shipping charges incurred by FloorOne.com, to
ship the product to buyer, that are returned due to "buyer remorse".
Follow these steps to return an Item:
- Partial cartons cannot be
returned. Any returned cartons must be complete cartons and factory
sealed.

Floorone cannot issue any credit for product that have been opened

with the return item(s). Keep a copy for your records.

at 1-800-637-6001 to receive instructions on arranging for a freight
company to pick-up your item(s). Please have your order number available
when you call.
- You must be home at the time of pick-up
and the item(s) must be at the door for the freight driver.
- You can expect a refund in the same
form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days
of our receiving the returned item(s). You will be refunded the shipping
